Flexibility is an essential component of exercise, but it is a component that is often neglected or not performed correctly.

Good flexibility leads to:

The most effective method of stretching is 1:1 assisted-passive and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching from a trained individual, as shown in the pictures below.
